Visit records for caregivers

You're Caring for Everyone. We Help You Remember the Details.

Remember visits, track care history, and keep co-caregivers informed. MyVisitVault brings the details together for the people you care for.

The People screen with cards for the people you care for

Keep visit notes, recordings, and summaries together.

Less to remember. Easier to find.

Caregiving brings enough questions. Keep the details close.

What did the doctor say?

The Visit Vault keeps automatic summaries of your typed notes or visit recordings, so you can revisit the details when you need them.

Which medications are current—and what changed?

The Medications Vault tracks current and past medications, with start and stop dates. Record temporary pauses, too, so a break is easy to distinguish from stopping.

When was that procedure or diagnosis?

The Procedure Vault and Diagnosis Vault keep the details and dates together, ready for the next appointment.

How do I keep every vault up to date?

Start right in the Visit Summary. Use Add for medications, procedures, and diagnoses, or Update for medication changes. Review the details before saving.

How do I keep family and co-caregivers informed?

Invite co-caregivers to share a person's care information in MyVisitVault. Find the details in one place without repeatedly emailing notes or retelling each visit.

How it works

From the visit to the details you need.

Capture your notes or a recording, review the summary, and find the details again before the next visit.

Step 1

Record or capture the visit

Start with the appointment itself so important information has one place to land.

Step 2

Review the visit details

Keep notes, recordings, and the summary connected to the same visit so the context stays intact.

Step 3

Find it later in the vault

Return to the right care detail later, when the next decision depends on it.

Why I built MyVisitVault

Bill, creator of MyVisitVault
— Bill, creator of MyVisitVault

I watched my wife and her sister share the responsibility of caring for their mother, father, and uncle. Keeping medical information straight for all three was a challenge.

After appointments, they’d email notes pieced together from memory and hurried shorthand. Before the next visit, they’d dig through those emails: What did the doctor say? When did that medication start? Had someone already asked this question?

I built MyVisitVault to make that part easier. One shared place to capture medical visits, keep clear summaries, and find important details for each loved one, so everyone helping with care has the same information at hand.

Caring for someone you love is already stressful. Keeping track of their care shouldn’t add to that burden.
